The 24th Symposium began with a welcome reception at The Woudschoten Hotel & Conference Centre, Zeist Amsterdam, on the evening of Monday 3rd April. This was followed by 2 days of technical presentations and an associated exhibition. Delegates enjoyed a number of social networking opportunities fully inclusive in the 2017 delegate rates.

The Woudschoten Hotel is beautifully located on a 45-hectare estate right in the centre of the Netherlands. Approximately 40 miles away from Schiphol Airport in Amsterdam, and a 15 minute drive from Driebergen Zeist Station making the hotel easily accessible for all SAFE Europe 2017 attendees.

The 2017 Symposium Awards Dinner was held at The National Military Museum on the evening of Tuesday 4th April.

An industry visit on Thursday 6th April to The Royal Netherlands Air Force Centre for Man and Aviation in Soesterberg took place on the morning of Thursday 6th April.
